Our garden rooms are insulated to house standards, wired for power and data, and clad to last. They stay warm in a Peak District January and cool in July.
Most fall under permitted development, so no planning application. We check this for you on the first visit and handle every stage of the build.

Base & structure
Ground screws or concrete base, insulated timber frame, roof and cladding.
Fit-out & handover
Electrics, flooring, internal finish and decking. Certified, cleaned and ready to use.

Decking with Garden Office, Derbyshire
A garden office clad in pale composite with anthracite doors and trim, set on a 52 m² anthracite composite deck that wraps the existing pond and a mature apple tree. Insulated, wired and finished inside, built over three weeks including the deck and groundwork.

Garden room questions we get asked.
Do I need planning permission for a garden room?
Usually not. Rooms under 2.5m high within 2m of a boundary, not used for sleeping, fall under permitted development. Listed buildings and National Park plots can differ, and we check this on the site visit.
Can I use a garden room all year round?
Yes. They're insulated in the floor, walls and roof, double glazed and heated, so they're comfortable through a Peak District winter.
How long does a garden room take to build?
Two to four weeks on site for most rooms, once the design is agreed.
How much does a garden office cost in Sheffield?
Peak Office rooms start from £14,995 for a 3 × 3 m room and go up to £32,995 for a 6 × 4 m room, fully insulated, wired and finished. Decking, groundwork and extras are quoted separately. Quotes are free and itemised.
